Another Survey but with a picture!

How far along? 36 weeks

Total weight gain/loss? I am up 13lbs, not too bad!

Stretch marks?  Nothing new.

Hows the sleep?Not so bad, even if I am getting up to pee twice a night. 

Best moment this week? watching Bug talk to and kiss my belly. She's constantly asking to "talk to brother" which results in my shirt being pulled up and pants down so she can talk into my belly button!
   
Movement? Lots! Last night was pretty painful, but I know that means he's doing well in there so I'll deal!

Food cravings? nothing really, at the moment at least!

Sex of baby? It's a boy!!!!

Labor signs? None.

Belly button, in or out? OUT :(

What are you missing? meh, I'm just ready for the end.

What are you looking forward to? having him in my arms!

Other updates? I have my Group B Strep coming up on Tuesday and yesterday marked having one month left!!



So I've debated and debated over whether or not to post this picture anywhere, but I've finally decided that it's too sweet and too dear to me not to share it. I was embarrassed by the stretch marks but I earned every one of those stripes creating Bug, there's nothing to be embarrassed about!

Picture Dump and 18 months!

Since my long time absence I haven't really given you an update on what's been going on around here lately. So I thought I would do a big picture dump and fill you in on all the goings on. Which I'm sad to say, isn't much.

March was so warm here in central PA and we took full advantage of it! We spent lots of afternoons out enjoying this nice summer-like air. Bug and I spent lots of time "helping" daddy with barn chores!

Since we had such nice weather I decided K needed to bust out some of her pretty hand-me-down dresses from my friend Kaity! We particularly love this one!

If you look in the back of the wagon there's lots of clean clothes we took off the clothes line. Nothing says spring like fresh off the line clothes!!

Can you believe this?!? Bug finally has enough hair in the back to get an itty bitty little ponytail back there! Too cute!

She's recently become my little buddy in the kitchen. It can get a little messy sometimes, but that's half the fun! She's a very good at stirring and loves being able to dump the ingredients in after I measure them!

Can you believe that this little one is a year and a half old tomorrow?! It's insane. I can't believe it! My little baby is going up so fast and is turning into a toddler before my eyes! She no longer walks, she runs every where. She's got a huge vocabulary and is constantly surprising me with the things that she knows. A little bit of the "terrible twos" is peeking out here and there but overall she's a really well behaved kid. People are constantly telling me what a good little girl she is, it makes momma proud!

Birthday Pictures!

Way back on September 27th we were supposed to have K's pictures and some family shots taken for her first birthday, but thanks to the ridiculous amounts of rain we've had this fall we had to reschedule the shoot about 3 times! FINALLY yesterday we managed to get them done. Despite the wind gusts and 40 degree temperatures K stuck it out like a trooper! She was so great with K and really brought out some cute smiles! Can't wait to see the rest of the pictures in a few weeks!

2010 in pictures...

January 10 2010- We welcomed our new nephew, D into the world!

January 27, 2010 - Looks like we're next, we're 4 weeks along!

February 7, 2010 - S and I announce our baby to my family at breakfast and to his family later in the day at a Super Bowl Party. We wore shirts that said 10-10-10 (our due date), once people asked what it was about we showed them the back!

February 25, 2010 - We get our first look at our bebeh!

 

March 11, 2010 - We have to have an emergency ultrasound due to bleeding- turns out it's nothing.

May 15, 2010 - 18 weeks and 4 days preggo!

May 30, 2010 - My 24th birthday- 21 weeks and 1 day!

June 3, 2010- Anatomy scan day! We decided not to find out the sex of our baby, but were happy to hear that he or she was doing well!

June 14, 2010 - My mom painting the baby's nursery. The next day she and S both got to feel the baby move!

July 9-11 2010- S and I plus his brother and sister fly to Texas to stay with his aunt and uncle. We went to say our goodbyes to his grandmother as she was loosing her battle with lung cancer. She would pass away less then a month later on August 3rd.

There's no picture to post for this... however July 14, 2010 - S's dad announces to us as a family that he has esophageal cancer. Here we go again...

July 27, 2010 - aprox. 30 weeks pregnant!

August 15, 2010- My mom throws us our first baby shower! Grandma B predicts that it's a girl... we shall see!

September 5, 2010 - 35 weeks pregnant!

I'm not sure how there's no pictures of this... but September 7, 2010 - S turns 30!!!!!

September 19, 2010 - Aunt A throws us a beautiful baby shower, just as I tun 37 weeks pregnant!

October 13, 2010 - at 9:08pm, K is born! 4 days overdue and she's 8lbs 7oz, 21.5 inches long of beautiful baby!

October 29, 2010 - K has her first bath!

October 31, 2010 - K's first Halloween!

November 13, 2010 - Aunt K's baby shower and K turns 1 month old!

November 14, 2010 - We have our first family pictures taken for our Christmas cards!

November 25, 2010 - K's first Thanksgiving!

December 18, 2010 - K's first Christmas at Great Grandma W's

December 25, 2010 - K's first Christmas!

The year 2010 has been full of ups and downs for our family, and it's certainly been a wild ride! Here's to an even better and happier 2011! From our family to yours, Happy New Year!

As I type this K is sleeping on my lap and I just can't get over how blessed I am! I have a healthy, beautiful and happy baby and an amazing husband who loves me more than anything... how could I ask for more?

Since Squishy will be here for Halloween this year, and it just so happens to be mommy's favorite holiday, he or she already has a Halloween costume! It says "My first Halloween" plus the adorable pumpkin headband!

On another note... today I got our hospital bags about 80% packed and the cradle moved into our room! Things are really coming together... now we just need a baby! Oh and a pediatrician (they tend to like you to have those before the baby leaves the hospital!) LOL

Baby Shower!

Our first baby shower was this past Sunday, hosted by my mother. She did a great job! It was such a fun time and so great to see lots of people that I hadn't seen since around Christmastime. Baby Squishy got so many things and Mommy isn't sure where to put them all! We are truly blessed to be loved by so many!
